During her corporate experience, she provided internal consulting services to executives, managers and employees in all areas of human resources such as employee problem resolution, mediation, discrimination investigations, change management, staff planning, career management, and manager training. She had first-hand management experience.
Sue has a B.A. degree in liberal arts and education from Hillsdale College,
Michigan and MBA courses at Miami University, Ohio. She is a certified
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® trainer and an adjunct faculty member in the
Business Departments at Regis University, Community College of Denver and
Arapahoe Community College.

Prior to starting her consulting company
in 1995, Sue Romero was Vice President of Human Resources for
Wells Fargo Banks, Colorado (formerly Norwest Banks) and served in leadership roles in Human Resources for 18 years.
Her career began in Human Resources at Marathon Oil Company in Ohio and Denver.
